Upgrading economic, political and social analysis is one of the Center's main concerns. It also aspires to foster

communication and fruitful dialogue, to promote creativity and innovation and to encourage peaceful co-existence in Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean. Meeting the challenges of a global competitive economy and of a rapidly changing political and social environment is a constant priority.

Research being an indispensable tool in such a demanding setting, the Center seeks to contribute to the upgrading of research and development and to the overall modernization effort in Cyprus and the wider region.
